The controller support is very basic, it will be being worked on. Just not a high priority right now.  

The NDA is there for a reason and will be enforced in that way. People agreed to it when they first started the game and it is a legal document.

That there would be an NDA was very clear beforehand. You can definitely voice your opinions on the game and give us improvements, bug reports, feedback, constructive criticism but it needs to be in the appropriate place. We have NDA channels in discord and we have a section on the forums for bug reports etc.

There is not much anything else to say to it. That is how it is.

Sadly no screenshots, maps etc allowed as before said. Keep the NDA in mind

Yeah I am not sure, most of the people got it. I don't know why the bot doesn't like doing it sometimes. Hopefully it gets fixed.  

There are NDA channels in discord that are open for a little bit now.

Please delete whatever you have written as your discord name on your QI profile, type it again. Make sure there are no hidden spaces and press enter. Log out and back in on QI and it should work. There are no backer channels atm though. You should have a NDA -role as well on discord when you signed the NDA.

The backer email field is empty. It's under preferences. Also this is off topic.  

Using help section is ok because nobody else but staff can see threads. You can only see your own.  

As I'm sure you all have noticed, our site is down once again. At peak last night, we were fielding over half a million requests per minute, and even now site load is way higher than anticipated. We are doing everything in our power to get the site back online. However, we do not currently have an ETA on the website coming back up - the people who handle our backend are not all available to work on the site right this moment, though as soon as they can be, they'll be back to work on it. Once the site is back up, and we can verify that backers are getting and redeeming the keys we have assigned on the site, we will distribute more.

We will post another soft announcement (without pinging everyone) once the site is back up, and post an update on Twitter to the same effect. We cannot guarantee when this will be, unfortunately.

Due to the spam and general vitriol being posted on our forums, we have also locked it down to read only for the time being... Read more
