Unfortunately if you have had your appeal denied then there is no other way to get your account unbanned.

A reminder to everyone that their account is their own responsibility.

One thing to bear in mind with family sharing is make sure you trust the person who you're family sharing with as a ban on their account can affect your account also.

I would suggest contacting our Support team over this. If you've levelled up The Trapper to P8, you should definitely have all the perks available at T3 on all of your other killers (even if your Trapper was at P3).

For right now, the merge feature is disabled - it's being worked on and will be back as soon as is possible...the cross progression is between, Stadia, Epic Games & Steam, there are no other platforms included in this.

This is related to files that shouldn't be in your game folders. If you delete the content folder and then verify your files, you will have the correct PAK files and have no issues.

You are able to access the entire DLC - a DLC gives you the killer, and the two survivors, and this is the content that you paid for and can access.

The store cosmetics are completely separate from a DLC and as others have said, these have been removed from sale and are no longer available.

This was a bug in the PTB, not a change made by design.

It should be working properly now, and you should no longer be having the error code.

As an update, we've just made an adjustment - it should mean that you no longer have this error code and are able to play normally. It may take a little while (up to an hour) to go through, please confirm if you are able to play now, by updating this thread, thank you.

It should still be working up until the hotfix that will fix the bp offerings.
