The decay timer of the penalty is not known, this is information we have not made public. All we have said, is that it decays over time.

The numbers aka rank do not matter for the MMR. Your SBM rating is based on how you perform, not the number you have in your rank. It is possible now that a rank might face now a rank 20, as it calculates differently than based on rank.

You are responsible for your own account, if someone is using your account and they do something that can trigger a ban, then yes the account is banned.

You can only block them from sending you friend requests in the game. It does not block them from matching with you.

We are aware of this issue and it's being addressed.

We do not ban based on reports alone - there has to be evidence, so if accidentally a false report is made, nobody will suffer punishment for it.

It will come out everywhere at the same time. There is currently no confirmed public date for the release of the next Chapter.

The issue I see with this, if Stealth were buffed then games would last a really long time because that P3 Claudette will be hiding constantly - imagine that with 4 players?!

It also seems to be that more people enjoy chases in this game, they tend to be the most fun and interactive part of the game.
