They should be working as far as I'm aware yes.

We announced that this would be fixed in 4.5.2 not in 4.5.1 - the custom game one is fixed in this patch. The patch for that should be live next week.

I believe that this has been re-enabled now

There is an acknowledged bug with this, it's being addressed but I don't have further information on when it will be resolved I'm afraid.

With that set up you shouldn't be having FPS drops at all. Can you give more information about when it's occurring, any particular maps etc. Video would be really helpful if you could record it.

The globe icon shows that someone is playing on another platform other than your own. So if you're playing on Xbox for example, Steam users, PS4/5 users will also have a globe icon next to their name.
