If it's not in the game, e.g. on Steam or in a consoles messaging feature, there is nothing we can do for you as it is outside of our jurisdiction.

There seesm to be some confusion: The charm is available for ALL platforms, but there will be codes for it that ONLY work on console. Last time the codes were extremely long and console players had a terrible time using this.

This time around though both can use them as there will be console exclusive codes that work for the same thing PC players can get too!

Charm party for all of us, no matter on which thing you play on!

In Game purchases are not refundable I'm afraid.

In answer to your question though - you just need to update your version of Windows, this code is specifically referring to a 2019 update (available of Windows 7 also)

Did you have Soul Guard on and possibly cursed by a hex? It lets you recover from the Dying State.

Due to the way these kind of threads tend to go, I'll lock it before name and shame happens.

This game is not made for upskirting. Also, hot pants exist too... It's the devs choice to not want to showcase this as it should not be the main focus when playing.

We do not discuss any type of bans on here. Also DBD does not use VAC, but EAC.

If you believe someone is cheaitng, you can report them in the game and send additional evidence to support: https://support.deadbydaylight.com

In the case of them being immersed and intentionally not progressing the game, that can be considered holding the game hostage after some time. IF there is prooif they have done nothing in the game at all for a long while, e.g. no progression on generators, no totems done, etc.
