For players who do not own Steve, Nancy and the Demogorgon, Stranger Things perks will appear as generic Dead by Daylight perks starting on November 17th. The newly generic perks will be earnable for all players through leveling up.

If you wish to appeal your DC Penalty, you can do so here: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000836752 If you believe it's a bug and not because of previous DCs. The DC penalty starts low to account in for emergency situations, so unless you disconnected a lot before, it should not be that high instantly.

Considering depending on what you mean with "you did in the past."

Reports are being looked at, however, as of now you do not receive feedback on whether a report was handled or not.

There are also some reports that would be best to be reported with video evidence, which you can read here: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/kb/articles/139-game-rules

However, reports are taken seriously. Please keep in mind there are many reports made daily, so you might not always see a result or in some cases, it might have not been a rule break.

So basically, starting on the 17th November, the content won't be available for purchase anymore.

If you want anything, you'd need to purchase it before the cut off date, but you still are able to play your characters if you bought them beforehand.

Live Streams are still done, but they're not weekly anymore like they used to be in the past
