There is a validation time on the forum - so new accounts need to be manually verified prior to posting. This normally doesn't take too long depending on the time of day you attempt to make an account (some times take longer than others unfortunately).

Intel Graphics are not supported by DbD I'm afraid. That's also quite an old chip which has not been updated for some time.
