Sure. We're removing posts that link to that document, because it's A.) one-sided and lacks context, and B.) names and shames individuals in an unfair manner. That second point goes against our forum rules.
You'll notice we're completely fine with posts where people are frustrated and critical -- that's valid. The frustration over mod support is valid too. We're aware of it and working on it.
Feel free to express your anger, frustrations and criticisms if you need to, but you've still got to abide by the rules we've got for this forum.
