I see you jettison Dotty heads out into space with the garbage. I saw it with my own 2 eyes. Shameful.
Rumors and hearsay. You saw nothing, Miner.

Frankly, the capes on the new armor sets are more than enough of a nod for me, intentional or otherwise.
Very intentional. :D
Thanks for your time, i was wondering if it would be possible to tweak Bosco or his AI a bit by speeding up his movement speed and/or reaction time or maybe just the maximum range of when he can start doing stuff, since he has the habit of lagging behind in crucial situations.
Some examples such as: Taking 2+ seconds to fire a rocket. Taking more than 10 seconds to revive!. Failing to save you from a leech because he is too slow + having to get to point blank to actually start firing at it! (Btw, since S5 launched leeches dont stop your shields from regenerating anymore so you can actually see how much time bosco wastes just getting to you.).
Im not asking for a instant reaction murder machine but as you probably saw while solo mining he feels like a flying turtle sometimes.
It would be possible, for sure, but I don't think it's something we want to do. Bosco is not meant to be a perfect replacement for another dwarf or team. He's meant to be a help, but not a terribly efficient one.
I'll make a note about your point about the leeches and shields though, in case our coders aren't on it already. Thank you for your service, Miner!
I was wondering, unless it's impossible due to coding or something, can you make it so that a co-op mission that nobody joins counts as a solo mission for the achievement.
Hmm. I'm no coder, so I can't answer that with confidence. But knowing our coders, I'd be very surprised if there wasn't a good reason for things being the way they are.
Pay no attention to the fact that management makes money off of every mineral trade a dwarf makes!
Operational costs! That terminal ain't free!
Oof, not seen this before. Not promising anything, but I'll send this on to The Right People. In the meantime, I'd consider lowering your UI scale.
Players expecting some kind of big Helldivers / DRG crossover: Don't. There is no Helldivers/DRG "collab" beyond a few friendly nods to each other in the games. Both we and Arrowhead would much rather work on our own, unique content, within our own settings.
This is a topic that comes up often. While we've no intention of changing our answer and it likely won't satisfy you, it will at least explain the design decision: We do this to encourage players to play all the classes instead of focusing on one. That is why we do not offer you more choice in how we dish out Overclocks.
It is a sad truth that mineral distribution in nature is rarely 1:1. This is also true for Hoxxes IV. Some minerals will be more rare than others, this is a simple, geological fact.
This is why Management was magnanimous enough to introduce the Mineral Trade for the benefit of our valued employees - sell what you have in abundance, and buy what you need.
Management continues to be flummoxed at the Dwarves' capacity for bonding with inanimate pieces of equipment. Bringing the Drilldozer's CPU core back to the Space Rig is an entirely voluntary action on the part of our employees, and not one DRG wishes to encourage through compensation.
What's worse, upon returning the damaged and useless equipment, they display it openly on the workshop floor, as if it was a prized object or a pet. Mindboggling.
Hello, Miner!
This kind of social anxiety is not something to be ashamed of. But it is a great shame to let it keep you from delving with your most excellent fellow dwarves!
This is part of why we have tried to design the game to be played entirely without Voice if so desired. Through judicious use of your trusty Laser Pointer, emphatic tapping of your V key, and keeping an eye on Chat, you should be fully capable of going on team delves without uttering so much as a word.
I urge you to give it a try - join random missions with open slots, throw a few Rock and Stones at your fellow dwarves, and you'll be co-opping in no time. The worst that can happen is that you find out that it's not for you, and you can return to your solo delving.
Best of luck.
Rock and Stone!
Thank you for your post, Miner! As you yourself point out, the game HAS been built primarily with co-op in mind. We have not and will never cater as much to the solo crowd as we do the team crowd - for the simple reason that DRG is first and foremost a co-op game. Even so, we are well aware that we have quite a few solo players. And we do care about our solo players. I myself am primarily a solo player.
Since the game's inception, we've relied a lot on player feedback. Legitimate and constructive criticism remains an important part of how we improve and expand the game to this day. For instance, the toggle to bring Bosco or not was added after discussion with solo players that asked for the extra challenge of being completely alone in that way. And our reaction was "sure, why not". So we welcome and embrace posts like this, combative tone or not.
We've not heard a lot of complaints from solo players for a long time though. And apart from what appears to be a request...

Yo, who are the voice actors for the dwarves? My favorite is the “Rock and STOOOOONNUH!”
Our talented and longtime friend Javier voices all four dwarves.
YOU ARE JEOPARDIZING THE MISSION, MINER! GET BACK INTO THE TRIANGULATION ZONE!
Never in my wildest dreams had I imagined our little dwarf game would enable this kind of thing one day. Thank you, Wind Rose. Thank you, Miners. Almost brings a tear to my eye. :)
Hoxxes IV is under the legal jurisdiction of the Deep Rock Galactic corporation. As shown in the case of the Rivals, we are prepared to protect our investment with all means at our disposal.
So does the Rival company own a different moon, or are they traveling from extremely far away to get here?
Their point of origin is unknown at this time. But they do not have a permanent foothold in the system. They are attempting to make one on Hoxxes IV.
What happened to the previous 3 Hoxxes?
Oh they're still there. They're just not useful in the way Hoxxes IV is.
Hmm. I'll send this on to the Right People. Thank you for the report, Miner.
