The PS5 preload of Lightfall was accidentally released early in Japan and Europe. We've just finished rolling back the preload so that no one else will be affected.
Those currently affected need to perform the following:
Uninstall the game
Go to “Game Library”
Select “Your Collection”
Select the Destiny 2 icon
Select the PS5 version
On the D2 store page, select "Download” to reinstall D2
The ticking of a lament slash
What do you mean by ticking?
A small subset of users are being affected by a bug in the API layer (not the majority - but if it is broken, you'll get errors like "DestinyInvalidRequest" or other things that don't really make sense). There is a BungieHelp tweet about it: https://twitter.com/BungieHelp/status/1629176785320529922
