• Those using the standalone ESO Client - We know this is frustrating, so thank you for hanging in there while we continue conversations with NVIDIA. We have been working with NVIDIA to resolve issues here and they believe they may have a fix. We are waiting for an update here. Please submit a CS ticket for your code if you have an NVIDIA graphics card and attempted the promo.
• Steam and Epic players - New codes will be uploaded tomorrow afternoon
(Jan.9). Please check your NVIDIA App then. If you still do not see a code after that point, please let us know and place a ticket. We will work with you to resolve this.

Hi All, just passing along an update. We spoke to NVIDIA earlier today. They have plenty codes and noted that more codes would be granted tomorrow. If you still do not receive a code by tomorrow, we can grant the mount on our end as well. We will pass on any tickets we have for now. Thanks for providing ticket numbers and being understanding as we work with NVIDIA.

Will it start at 1 PM EST like the December Livestream did? Twitch Drops Fest - OK, I logged into twitch.tv and cleaned up my streamers list. Multiple streamers I had watched play ESO in the past who are not streaming ESO now, so I unfollowed them. Hey, an email went out a few minutes ago about this and the time was listed as 1 PM EDT. I came here to make sure y'all knew about that and to use EST since that is what we are in right now - but it turns out the time was technically accurate. 1 PM EDT is 2 PM EST, the time of the feed. I suppose not much will be off since people might show up an hour early if they go off the email. They wouldn't have missed the show. Anyway, that's what I had to say.

There was an error in that communication. It should have read "2PM EST". We have informed the team related to that communication and working on making that process more clear to avoid timing errors in the future. Thanks for flagging this.

We just talked to NVIDIA. They have codes. Some folks will not get their codes delivered until tomorrow, so please keep an eye out. Worst case scenario, we can always grant the code on our end, just like several in the thread have noted. Ashjunkie;c-8249722

The promotion doesn't work, so Nvidia saying they're out of them. This was a terrible "promotion". Y'all need to talk to Nvidia b/c that''s crappy Late announcement from you guys and then it doesn't even work.

Hi all, for those that are having issues with the NVIDIA Lan mission, we are checking in with them to make sure everything is working properly. In the meantime, if you do not want to wait, you can submit a ticket to our customer service team. Please note the promotion and they should be able to assist you in the short term for the mount.

Hi all, just wanted to follow up quickly here. We are looking into why the NVIDIA App does not automatically add the ESO "direct form ZeniMax" client. Currently investigating and will update once we have more info.

Quick update here. I’ve been told that this issue has been resolved. Please let us know if you get hit with anymore Malware Bytes pings and we can escalate. Thanks again for flagging this.

We won't have information on seasons until Global Reveal in April. The next update is following our current structure.

Also, we were told the questions about the letter asked in the forum were being looked at and would be answered in a post. I think that would help a lot of people with concerns about the game going forward.

We're going through and looking to see what can be addressed before April. Some of the team is also out for the holiday still, so we have to circle back as a team later next week.

Thank you for the information Kevin. I am eager to see what's in store, particularly if we are getting Dungeons coming again. Like many players though, I am a bit anxious about the implications of Matt's letter and what it means for the future...

Our understanding of the current situation is that they are working with Malware Bytes on false positives that are being made. Seems like other Vanilla Forums users are being impacted as well. That is the latest update that we have at the moment. But they are working with Malware Bytes directly to resolve this issue.

Thanks for the clarification. It is kind of disappointing and i would request zos revisit this decision.

Totally understand your sentiment. The work around future content is still being worked out, so it would be misleading to announce specific details regarding seasons before we are ready to talk about it. Because if things shift, we would like to avoid having incorrect information or cause confusion. Also forgot to note that we'll pass the thoughts on to the team. We know others feel this way as well. The livestream next Thursday will provide clarity to your question. Can't answer that right now since we have plans for discussing U45 content.

Thanks, @Onomog. Hope you had a great holiday and wonderful start to the New Year as well. The purpose of this monthly roadmap is to inform everyone regarding events, both in and out of game, coming in January. Trying to address the need of informing folks of events earlier. Any game additions or changes like game improvements will be outlined in patch notes and articles, or during preview livestream events. We do have quarterly roadmaps graphics we share as well that highlight the upcoming changes after we do formal announcements. However, those are not available yet. That being said, we can pass along the feedback of having a roadmap for features and see what is possible there.
