Also, the new arms pack is Roksa the Warped themed, which is a Bal Sunnar boss: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Roksa_the_Warped But the showcase says that the matching mask will drop from the final boss in Scrivener's Hall? @ZOS_Kevin is this information correct? that would be a first... until now the mask page has dropped from the final boss of the dungeon the arms pack pertains to...
You are correct. This is not currently accurate and we are getting this corrected. Thanks for the catch!

If you see this happening, please take a picture or video and then report either in-game or on the web ticketing tool. We can have our teams review and see why some folks are defying gravity.

with a more general PVP Q&A to follow later in February.
Is this still planned? There's only a few days left in February.
I was wondering this myself, really looking forward to the part two.
Can we get an update on the 2nd half of the PvP Q&A? I'd even be fine knowing it's been delayed into March. I just hope it hasn't been forgotten about entirely, what with all of the recent server issues and the Whitestrake's Mayhem event taking up everyone's time and focus. @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_Kevin
This has not been forgotten. We are actually going to splitting this up into a few sections because of the total amount of questions. But we are getting a batch to be translated later today with the hope of having it available next week for everyone.

Hi all. Following up that the team has now resolved the issue and has been monitoring to make sure everything is working properly. We should be all set and everyone should be able to log in now. Thanks again for your patience while we investigated and resolved the issue.

I am not sure if this caught your attention but the issue you describe is not only from Rush of Agony or other "pull" sets but also from Knockbacks and Knockups like Meteor and Templar Aedric Spear to mention some examples. What my guild and multiple other guilds have realized as that the described behaviour only happens when the person does not break free fast enough. Therefore I do not think changing the location of the Pull is gonna change anything to be completely honest.. Greetings Scy
Yep, you're right Scy and we're aware. Any movement-related skill (blink, leaps, charges, etc.) can be affected in unintended ways when the data being sent between the server and the client is impacted. That's why the one example mentioned wouldn't be a catch-all solution, and why we're still talking through solutions.

The town dailies give a base reward of 250 AP. Example: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Dangerously_Low How much of an AP bonus were you getting from edge keeps and enemy keeps at the points in time you compared the rewards you got?
Was just about to follow up with this point. Thank you, @virtus753! Also double checked with the team and everything is working as intended.

Hi everyone, on Monday, February 24, we will have some network testing happening on the PTS. The test will occur from 9am EST (14:00 UTC) to 11am EST (16:00 UTC). There is no scheduled downtime for the test, however it does mean that anyone on the PTS during the testing timeframe has a high chance of being booted from the megaserver. So we wanted to make sure we gave a heads up incase you run into that scenario on Monday. Thanks for your patience during the testing time.

Hi everyone. We’ve had some conversations yesterday about this discussion, the Rush of Agony set, and the more recent community concerns and reports. This also included consideration for the overall feedback since we released the set. To give a little background, all movement-type actions and skills, including pulls, have the potential to be impacted by variables including character movement speed and position, high ping, the amount of data being sent between the server and the client, and anything that negatively impacts server and client latency (including attacks by bad actors). What this can result in with any pull-type action or skill, not just the Rush of Agony set pull, is cases where the client thinks the target is in one spot and the server thinks it’s in another. One of the reasons this has been surfacing more with Rush of Agony is due to how popular the set is – more people using the set creates more opportunities for the pull to be impacted. We have some work in progress ... Read more

Hey everyone, we did experience some malicious activity targeting our servers that caused the temporary disruption mentioned in this thread. We have made adjustments on our end to address this threat. Please note that you may experience some decreased game performance while these adjustments are in place. We will continue to monitor for any malicious activity, and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi all, thanks for the follow up here. We had our teams investigate and indeed find an issue with XP. This issue has been hotfixed and is now working as intended. The +100% XP boost should now only be related to PvP activities for Whitestrake's Mayhem. If you did get any additional XP, no action will be taken. So no need to issue a ticket and there is no rollback. Thanks again for reporting the issue!

Hey all, we just added a clarifying edit to our Midyear Mayhem event article including the info you see below. We did confirm that things are working as they should with Tel Var bonuses for the event and that this is how it's always worked, but we recognize that not all the details were in the article. They are now. Thank you for making us aware.
Please note that Tel Var Stone earnings are increased by 100% from all non-player sources with the following exceptions:
  • Small, Medium, and Large Tel Var Satchels you get from the daily quests
  • Treasure Scamp Satchels
  • The Parcel of Tel Var Stones obtained from Pelinal's Boon Boxes

Hi all, we checked in with the team and they see that the +100% boost to Tel Var is active and working as intended.
