Welcome to The Elder Scrolls Online v9.1.5, featuring the Update 39 base game patch! During the ESO Global Reveal back in January, we announced that we were taking the time during this development cycle to focus on polishing existing in-game systems and addressing some longstanding requests, which you’ll find throughout this update.

In addition to the many bug fixes listed below, we’ve spent some time improving some in-game experiences for newer players, cleaned up some item set sourcing, and added a number of new achievements for existing content. We’ve also added a few updates for PvP including new Monster Masks, Face and Body Markings, a new PvP death notification feature, and improving the loot dropped from Scamps in Imperial City.

While we don't have any news to share about cross-play or cross-save functionality at this time, we want to acknowledge that we do see this request often. We'd like to hear your thoughts on the reasons why you would like to see this functionality in ESO. What pain points are you running into that this would help solve? Hi All, we wanted to update everyone regarding the remainder of the hardware refresh work. The work on Xbox EU is nearing completion and the hardware refresh will occur next week. We are doing the cutover during an extended maintenance on August 16 in Europe. The starting time is August 16 at 12:00am UTC (August 15 at 8:00pm EST) to the estimated end is August 16 at 3:00pm UTC (August 16 at 11:00am EST). Once the maintenance is complete, we will monitor the Xbox EU server performance. Thanks for your continued patience here.
