It's about the problem when the Device ID code does not come in the launcher, and all other letters from us come without problems:

At first try reinstalling the launcher. Then you need to set full rights for the current user (folder properties, "Security" tab) for the game folder and for the launcher folder. Also temporarily turn off all antivirus and security programs, such as Windows Defender or whitelist launcher and game folder in exceptions list(s).
If this doesn't help, try creating a new user in your OS and installing the launcher there.
