Not really actually. If your system is bottlenecked by other hardware, any additional RAM is the same as the previous.
Plus, you would need a better DDR RAM and your current 32 GB would not be the one. So, I would actually wait to build a new one than buying more RAM. When it comes to RAM, there is more to it than the GB size.
