There are some solid suggestions in here. I’m chatting with the web devs about what might be possible.
Also hoping to fix the background on the sides of the forum here that seem to have some issues…

WOW! Internet customers who are still impacted; can you do an experiment for me and report back if this changes anything, please?
Be default then the EVE Client connects to Tranquility on port 26000 (this is known as the “Quake port”). But we also have backup port on 3724, which can be activated manually (this is known as the “WOW port” where the reference is World of Warcraft and not WOW! Internet…). We normally use this for customers where port 26000 is completely blocked outbound.
Please locate the prefs.ini file. You will normally find it in C:\Users\YOURPCUSERNAME\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\c_eve_sharedcache_tq_tranquility\settings_Default\ or a similar location on your computer.

You will still see the unusable SP item in your inventory, please just leave this in place for now - this will be taken care of after the weekend.
There was a fix scheduled for today - looks like it had to be delayed due to other circumstances surrounding the deployment.
Will get you guys a hard scheduled time as soon as I am able.
Thanks for participating in this test! 2M skill points have been added to 367 characters on Singularity.
Thanks guys, sorry about the issues. We’re looking into this - looks like it was up in between the original post and now but has gone down again.
Will give you an update here when I have one.
Update: Bug report site should now be fixed again - let us know if you run into any other issues.
KB3004394 is indeed a known resolution to that problem.
You were all very busy there for a while…

Added above.
Just hang onto them for now, I don’t think you can contract them anyway.
I would recommend against this until a fix is in place. Shouldn’t stop you from getting your SP back, but just hang onto it a little longer before you decide to do so.
Monday afternoon update:
We are still working with Cloudflare on this and you should be getting replies to your CCP support tickets shortly with a request from Cloudflare for more information.
We are also working with WOW! on this matter and they just said in an email to me:
If your customers haven’t already, could you have them call in to WOW to report their problems and include traceroutes to the affected sites?
That would be a traceroute to 172.65.201.188
Update:
When they call into the Call Center (866 496 9669), please have them reference PRB0043017 in relation to this issue.
TQ is back online accepting connections <3
Normally, during extended downtime the long reinforce timers should be unaffected.
Thank you for your patience. We need a bit more time to do a round of testing and ensure that everything is working as intended.
