We're still working to address this issue as soon as we can, but a fix for this one didn't make it in time for today's patch. We will let you know as soon as we have an fix for this in place and ready to release.

^ This is correct the limb damage doesn't affect the purveyor. The bug itself will be addressed Patch 12.

According to our investigations, the 50% limb damage dropping more often than intended is dropping on world spawned legendary items. The Purveyor should not be affected by this issue. That being said, the 50% limb damage bug is being addressed in Patch 12.

Hey there, we updated our roadmap and this is now planned to come with the other new features August 20th.

A couple suggestions here, and forgive me if you've already done these;

Make sure you do not have any custom ini files. If you do, change those back to their original settings.

Make sure the Nvidia card you talked about has updated drivers.

If those do not help, I suggest filing a Support Ticket so our team can take a look at your settings and see what's up.
