Letting you know that options are being looked into.
Request to have something to do with unused ammo.
STATUS: We are looking into options that will allow players to spend their unused ammo for either caps or other ammo types. We want to be sure any direction we take does not have negative impacts on the economy.

/u/ladydevann this is a bit of a nasty bug. Scrapping certain items makes them impossible to pick up again when they respawn, regardless of server.
Examples: wood, beer steins, beeswax

You are encouraged to keep any Legendary you have if you want to trade them. We will have more information on the Legendary Vendor and Scrapping closer to that release. Most likely in an Inside the Vault.
This is currently planned to be fixed in an update scheduled for early April.
The rare Fasnacht masks are attainable, they are just very rare. Thanks to your feedback, we’re looking into improvements we can make to the drop rates in the future for rare item rewards associated with time limited events.
As some have pointed out, resetting should resolve the mask not showing up on the Shop. If you haven't already, can you try restarting and let me know if that doesn't resolve the issue?

Thanks. The darkness problem is what I've encountered the most. But tonight there was no darkness, but a disconnect.
Don't know maybe the disconnect was just bad luck, as opposed to a glitch. Bottom line, I can't remember the last time I fast traveled there without encountering problems.

Could you double check that? Because I haven't seen a single post with anyone claiming to have gotten the Jester, Goblin, Sun, Winter or Skull masks, and no one is selling them on the various trading subs. Either the drop rate is microscopic, they're bugged, or they're intentionally unavailable.
Yup! I checked with our team and those masks have indeed been dropping. You have to keep in mind not every Fallout player follows this sub, so there will be things that happen in game that don't get shown online if they're not posting about it.
