The error is from the FoE Helper.
The issue with the Castle System is known and actively worked on.

Please, could you try clearing your cache and cookies as the first step in our troubleshooting process? After that the reward window should appear.
It happened to me too and after that everything is ok.  

If you had collected a sticker when it was broken, you can still open the reward now.

Yes but also no, the 18000 is not the progress towards the next level, but all points you've received so far. The bar will only show the progress you have towards level 5, not what was necessary to reach level 4.
