Creators can now use the new “Report Unoriginal Promotional Assets” tool in Creator Portal to report islands that have a thumbnail, title or description that duplicates or is very similar to their own original creations.

Reports will be carefully reviewed, and when creators are found violating ‘Fortnite Island Creator Rule 1.6: Be Original’ https://www.fortnite.com/news/fortnite-island-creator-rules, they will be subject to immediate monetization penalties, with more significant consequences for repeat offenses, including permanent account bans.

This policy only applies to content originally created for the Fortnite Ecosystem. Only team owners can report violations or appeal rulings against their islands, and reports cannot be submitted on behalf of other creators. The f...

In this release, texture validation warnings will now generate errors that must be fixed to launch sessions. This will improve island compatibility and stability across platforms.

We are aware of an issue that could cause creators to experience higher wait times when pushing changes from UEFN. We are investigating and will update you when we know more.

We're working on a fix for the DBNO issue affecting non-team games. The workaround is to set "Team" to "None" or set "Invert Team Selection" to "True."

Known issues with 31.10 will be posted in this thread.

The v31.10 update introduces new device design examples in the Fortnite Creative documentation, as well as fixes for the issue affecting UEFN experiences converted from Fortnite Creative.

Additionally, new clicks and plays metrics in the Creator Portal allow you to track the number of clicks your thumbnails receive and how many times your island is played each day.

We're also swapping out the "Early Access" tag for "Beta" to better reflect features that are still in progress but stable enough to use.
