Head to the Creator Portal’s Project Analytics section and you’ll find a new Island Satisfaction tab where you can view any feedback your island has received from post-game surveys. Now after playing creator-made islands, players may be prompted to complete a brief survey about their experience. Surveys appear at random – currently about 1 per every 500 plays, but we’ll continue to evaluate the optimal frequency.
The tab aggregates responses so you can track player sentiment over time. Players can be asked one of three questions:
- Did you have fun in the last game?
- On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate the last game?
- Overall, was your last game ‘Way Too Easy’, ‘Just Right’, or ‘Way Too Difficult’?

- Build Your Following: Players can show their support by favoriting you, helping you grow your player base and making it easier for them to find your latest islands.
- Creator Search Results: Players can now easily find creators through search results. Selecting a creator’s result will open their Creator Page.
- Favorite Metrics: Track the number of times you’ve been favorited in the Creator Portal. These metrics are only visible to you.
Stay tuned! Creator Pages are coming directly to Fortnite later this year, allowing your community to keep up with your new and updated published islands in their Libraries. Until then, remember to update your Creator Page and share it on social media to build awareness for your brand.

We're aware of an issue where videos on Discover tiles are not playing in creator-made islands. This will be fixed in Fortnite Ecosystem v33.00.
We're investigating a number of issues related to UEFN and Creative connectivity, which is causing matchmaking issues across a number of experiences and some Creator services to timeout.
We're delaying the publishing of TMNT islands until we're able to resolve these issues.
We will keep you posted.
The First Person Camera Mode device will soon be entering beta! Starting December 11, you’ll be able to publish islands that are using it.
Starting today at 10:30 AM ET, you can publish your island with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) assets! Submit your island on the Creator Portal for review.
You’ll also find a new holiday-themed template for LEGO® Island creators, featuring sample Verse code and tutorials for building a factory-style game.

We’re aware of an issue causing the Chainsaw Rush Attack to not function as intended. We are working on a fix that will be included in a future update.
Some Outfits (e.g. Soccer/NBA/NFL Outfits, Corrupted Legends or LeBron James) are missing the “Edit Number”, “Edit Country” or slider components in the “Edit Style” Locker menu.

We’re aware of an issue causing some UEFN projects to crash when opened. We are working on a solution and will provide an update once this has been resolved. If you’re experiencing this issue now, please try the following:
- Open the Epic Games Launcher.
- Find the UEFN tile in your library.
- Click the three dots below the tile.
- Click on “Manage”
- Slide the button for Additional Command Line Arguments to on.
- Type: -d3d11 in the box.
- Launch UEFN.
- Note: In order to switch back to DirectX 12 you need to delete the command/slide the button to off.
The issue causing some UEFN projects to crash on opening was fixed with an update we released this morning. You can switch back to DirectX 12 by deleting the Command Line Argument and sliding the button to off.
We’re investigating an issue where built-in emotes, emotes attached to certain Outfits only, do not play when in a Creative or UEFN experience. _________________________________________________________________________________
