Yeah they probably need to look into changing the test environments, but even then it's really hard to reproduce everything that happens in production. Especially when it's [insert player base number] vs a testing team of like idk, 50 people max (being generous)? (not saying they shouldn't have been able to find certain bugs)

To follow up on this.. There are actually some bugs that don't show up until something has actually shipped out. We do our best to help identify them and, with the help of the community, are often able to fix them relatively quick.

Sometimes there is a very tricky code bug that takes us a little longer to address. We actively monitor these threads and send the live bugs over to get tested and fixed.

Any chance you or a dev can tell us why they went out of their way to make sure the Driftboard was slower and less fun than in BR? Like, what was the thought process? Who sat at a table and thought "those people in STW definitely toadally don't need to shoot or have fun on a board", and take out features? It's mind-boggling.

There is a lot of things to take into consideration from a design standpoint when adding things like this. Things like Map Size, Mechanics, etc all play a huge part. We can't add something that could fundamentally break how the game is played and we're still discussing the difference between the two versions.

Keep providing constructive feedback for us in the early stages of the STW Driftboard.

How about we get some fixes for the Driftboard too. We've been asking all day for some type of response. Even if it was impossible to make it the default hoverboard why couldn't it be the same one from BR, why is ours missing features and slower too?

I made a response: HERE. I saw that you've actually replied to that one.

Regarding the fixes for.. they can't be turned off or on. They need to be implemented, added, and tested. There are quite a few design aspects for STW specifically.

As I said in the other thread, [lease keep it constructive as we are keeping a close eye on this feedback for any potential changes.
