Regarding the fixes for.. they can't be turned off or on. They need to be implemented, added, and tested. There are quite a few design aspects for STW specifically.

As I said in the other thread, [lease keep it constructive as we are keeping a close eye on this feedback for any potential changes.

Hey there u/SmasherGetSmashed, this issue was fixed back in v5.20. You are running into this issue now because you may have two things bound to the same key. Open up your settings and make sure your "J" key is only bound to one thing. By default, the "Open Vote Dialog" is also set to "J". Try swapping that to something else and you should be set.

Thanks for the PSA David! This definitely changes a few things regarding trap tunnel set up and player position when facing these types of enemies.

Thank you for your concerns, u/blueruckus. As I said above.. We're going to be closely keeping an eye on the Driftboard feedback. Please be constructive with things we can improve with it. "If you like it, please let us know. You never know where it might end up"

This new board handles extremely different than the current iteration and we didn't want to YOLO swap the board with what everyone currently uses and is used to. Due to this item being found in the world.. you can test it, see how you like it, and then provide the feedback. If you don't, that's okay as well. You can choose to not use it since it's in the world and you aren't being forced into the change.

We're keeping a close eye on this feedback for any potential changes.
