That’s a different issue - one we finally were able to identify the root cause for and should have a fix later this week.

Could you try disabling WiFi assist?

Chances are that your WiFi is being inconsistent and WiFi assist changes your IP address which we don’t handle yet.

We are working on addressing that in v8.40.

The Fortnite World Cup is right around the corner! With this event looming, we are constantly working on improving our broadcasting tools so that anyone can hop into the action as a spectator.

Starting today as a trial run, we’d like to share with players a plethora of replays for wider testing of our work-in-progress spectating system. This initial test will allow anyone on PC the ability to grab, and view the full replays of some of the high intensity matches that occur during the Luxe Cup. We’re excited to see VoD reviews, montages, highlights, and other creative content from the community during this first public test.

We identified root cause of GPU hangs which should allow us to enable the reactive parts again. This will probably take a few versions though.

This issues is actually resolved in patch v8.20.1. We are still working with Apple on certification of the iOS update.

We've made a few adjustments to the Floor is Lava Limited Time Mode:

• Weapons will be Uncommon or better

• 30 seconds added to the first Storm wait time

• Cannons turned on

• Lava damage lowered from 20 to 15
