This actually was mentioned in the Patch Notes here:
"Updated Loot Props Gallery - Add new chest that is equivalent to a supply crate. This will be used in new block submissions."
The reason you're seeing this type of Chest is that it's at the Block, which is the only location you'll be able to find this Chest in Battle Royale.
you also know about the one that makes you stop for a brief moment when dropping from the bus?

This was said in the recent Fornite Battle Royale AMA regarding this feature: "We’ve been considering this mechanic for a while and have been exploring it. Want to make sure we give it the time it needs and fully understand its impact on the game as a whole. Look for further updates during Season 8."
We’re aware the “auto-run” feature is not functioning properly for some players. We’re working towards a fix and will get it out to you as soon as we can.

It seems the bottom bar where the chat option is located blocks the drop down menu for party assist. I’ve also noticed the same bar blocks the announcements that appear on the bottom as well.

External link →Hey there - Unvaulted was changed from the first time we ran it (a mix of original weapons + a few from the vault) to being a mode consisting entirely of the vaulted weapons, due to popular request.
We will also before too long add Classic to the rotation, which will consist ONLY of weapons & items that were available in the first couple seasons of the game.
The hope is that these two LTMs together will do a little bit to scratch the nostalgia itch & let people who miss the vaulted items have some more time with them.

Due to an issue associated with the redemption flow for the HONOR Guard outfit on HONOR’s website, we will be rolling back the distribution of that outfit until further notice.

External link →The sad part about discovering this is that all the guilty people who i reported for teaming, killing squad memebers etc. Have not been punished, because i have never seen this in game.

So, we definitely have some kinks to work out with the report feedback loop. It launched in v7.40 so we've been closely watching to make sure everything is working correctly, we have a few more tweaks to make until you'll probably see a more consistent message. However, we haven't loaded up ALL of the previous reports so I'd encourage everyone to make sure you're using the report tool now and we can make sure to capture that and let y'all know when we've taken action!

We're aware that some Outfits have some extra starch in their cloth, causing certain clothing to be stiff rather than flexible. We'll get these issues smoothed out as soon as we can.
In the meantime, if you're experiencing a problem with an Outfit, please let us know a detailed description on what it is, which platform you play on, and which Outfit it's affecting.
