Nope! It is a bug we have logged and been trying to look into.
I have the same problem, since they have made the hotfixes to change the xp of these punchcards, in game the correct progress is shown and later in the lobby, the experience bar goes backwards causing me to lose a level or two.
u/CatBlips_Epic, sorry to mention you, but would you be so kind as to clarify if the experience is displaying correctly in the game? Or are the hotfixes just not applied correctly and we're getting less experience than indicated?

Thank you for reporting this issue. Could you please change the playlist in-game to Team Rumble and see if these quests are active under your Team Rumble current quests. If so, you should be able to remove them from this menu.

To unlock items on page 8, you need to be a minimum of season level 70. From the screenshot provided, it appears you are currently level 60.
Please continue to level up, and unlock items in earlier pages of the Battle Pass to see if this unlocks access.
