Thank you for reporting this issue. Could you please change the playlist in-game to Team Rumble and see if these quests are active under your Team Rumble current quests. If so, you should be able to remove them from this menu.

To unlock items on page 8, you need to be a minimum of season level 70. From the screenshot provided, it appears you are currently level 60.
Please continue to level up, and unlock items in earlier pages of the Battle Pass to see if this unlocks access.

Also, with the release of v18.20, we’ve made alterations to the Boundless Set Outfits to the point where we felt comfortable introducing them back into competitive playlists. You’ll notice the Outfits have slightly different lighting and shading effects in the new update.
