This is the same issue we have been looking into already where damage is not being displayed in battle.
We plan to have a fix for this go live with 6.6

I had a reply saved and apparently never pressed the submit!
Had followed this up with the team when this thread initially had appeared, as the game is intended to be played in landscape, it will force this rotation so it looks the best possible.
But I have passed this onto the team to consider including an option to play in either landscape or portrait mode in the graphic settings for mobile!

If you were checking close to reset time, it can display that you have not registered when you have.

Thank you for the discussion and feedback that you’ve all provided on this. We can confirm that this isn’t a bug.
When crafting a Gem Dragon egg, each Dragon has the same chance to be created but if you have already crafted one of them, this does not prevent you from being able to craft a second.
This feedback has been passed onto the team and we do have plans for these Gem Dragons in the future! But this is working as intended currently.

To submit a ticket, you’ll need to sign in to Zendesk (which is our Help Centre website)
Once you check your emails, you just gotta click through the link and you should be all good to submit tickets after that!
@Starlite with the pop-up for Traps, is the trap applied still when you enter the battle?
And does the pop up ever appear later at all, as though it’s just delayed?
I’ve experienced this myself recently as well, but when bug testing and time travelling so at the time I thought it was related to what I was doing.
As for the Stairs, does the door still display as unrevealed or does it show the stair icon?

This Troop Refund button only appears when we have activated it and will be available for a limited time, which is communicated to the Forums!
But it not there consistently.
