We have a few known issues with the visuals in the Hellcrag quest conversations which we hope to have fixed in the next update.

New Kingdom: Hellcrag

Join the Herald of Torpor, as you explore the lost city of Hellcrag!

We have a new Kingdom to explore, as well as lots of new troops, which include the daemon Czernobog itself, and Hellcrag’s Guardian, Xenith!

Please note that while several Hellcrag Troops can be seen in the Hellcrag Storyline, not all of them are currently available. Some of these Troops will be released as part of Weekly Events, or Special Events in the coming weeks. Other Troops are included are part of the Kingdom Pass for Hellcrag. The list of Hellcrag Troops available in Chests is below.

To celebrate the release of the new kingdom, Hellcrag, we will be running a Kingdom Pass for the next 5 weeks.

New Epic Troop: Baldr

Baldr will be available this week for 400 Glory in the shop as well as in Event Chests, and will appear in Glory, Gem, and Guild chests in 3-4 weeks’ time.

THE FORGOTTEN REALM

New Guide Troop: Chalcedony

Chalcedony will be available in the Journey Shop, and will appear in Glory, Gem, Guild, and VIP chests in 3-4 weeks’ time.

Please note the Pathfinder trait is a unique Trait, this means the Trait cannot be stacked with itself, and only one Troop with the Pathfinder trait will apply its bonus in a Journey Event.

Sorry for long post: I can talk about support for hours

We have a few things pointed towards in the support requests/tickets:

To submit a ticket you need to go to the Help Centre - so the hope is you’ll see a helpful article or look through the articles before writing to support.

On the ticket forms itself when you’re filling out your information, it points to the known issues articles in the help centre for bugs and to the forum to ask questions from the community for fast help.

Then if the ticket is submitted anyway, there is an automatic reply with the suggested help articles which should be more specific to the issue the player is having (the Answer Bot looks for key words in the ticket form and then tries to direct the player to articles other people found helpful when using the same key words in their tic...

Thank you for providing those screenshots of other issues happening were the new UI hasn’t been implemented and isn’t fitting text correctly.

I’ve passed that on and added it to my report I’ve sent to the Development Team!
