5.1 UPDATE

• Kingdoms will now be able to be leveled to 20

• In addition to the normal Gold and Imperial Deeds, Kingdom Levels 16-20 will also need a new type of Deed, the Book of Deeds. (See below for more details)

• The rewards for levelling up your Kingdom will include (not necessarily in this order):

  • Bonus Mythstones from that Kingdom’s Explore

  • More Faction Hoard Stats

  • Kingdom Team Bonus to Tier V

  • Kingdom Skill Point

Just for future reference there is an ! icon that pops up in the settings menu and world map which is colour coded to the amount of server/connection issues you’re experiencing.

At the time it was yellow for degraded performance.
We don’t make announcements about every time there’s lag or connection issues as it’s the nature of the internet and this was considered minor and we notify everyone in game with the server status icon. It’s fixed if the icon is green in settings or not there on the world map.

I was responding in the game chat directly to questions about it - I didn’t go there specifically to talk about lag - it’s what came up in conversation.

This requires a client update, so it was very easy and fast to fix however, we can’t just deploy a fix to the game server, we need the update to go through the whole approval process for every game platform we support.

It will be fixed in the next update 5.1

I just want to jump in and clarify a few things.

Our support team cannot alter drop rates. As mentioned earlier, support and programming are two different parts of our team that use different skill sets and serve different functions.

On top of this, we would never alter someone’s drop rate to teach them a lesson or sabotage them. To do so would be unethical, unfair, and not worth our time. Why would we want to upset players more? At the end of the day it would cause further unecessary discord and affect our bottom line/profits.

If we are excessively insutled and abused (typically over a few tickets, we like to give people a chance to reform) we will ban said abuser from our support. We are people like everyone else, and if you abuse us several times you will earn yourself a ban. If you wouldn’t say something to your child, partner, or boss, don’t say it to us.
