Hey all! We've seen your feedback here and as such will be implementing a one-time purchase of Hero Weapons in our September Update. These one-time weapon purchases will be available at the Skirmish Supervisor in WvW for any player who has unlocked a corresponding Hero Weapon Skin, whether that's before or after the September update. Cheers!

Hey, good timing! We'll be publishing a post tomorrow (Wednesday) morning that is all about changes we've made based on your feedback from the spears beta event, so keep an eye out for that.

This has been a stubborn bug--I'm so sorry you all have had to keep dealing with it! I've got an update for you, though. We have a fix for this that should take care of it for good--it will be part of the next game update on August 20. Again, sorry this one has been so persistent. Hang in there with us just a bit longer and we'll have the fix to you!

Some sets of tools have not cycled back into the gem store since they were given this update. That said, I can give you a little spoiler about the August 20 game update: All cosmetic unlimited gathering tool sets--with glyph selection containers included--will be back in the gem store on August 20. It's just that once this change is completed and tested it requires a game build to go live, and that's not something we're able to do with the release of Janthir Wilds only a few weeks away (!!!) ...omg Janthir Wilds is only a few weeks away...

Hey there all, I wanted to let you know that I have asked for an update on this issue and will let you know when I hear back. Everyone is working hard to prepare for the launch of Janthir Wilds, but this is still on peoples' radar too.

We've been reading your feedback about the Eldritch Horror Gathering Tools included with the Deluxe, Ultimate, and Digital Deluxe Upgrade editions of Guild Wars 2: Janthir Wilds and want to share that we're working on an update. Earlier this year we updated all cosmetic unlimited gathering tool sets in the gem store to include Black Lion Glyph Selection Containers, and we want the Eldritch Horror Gathering Tools to meet that new standard as well. Beginning with the August 20 game update, all players who have Eldritch Horror Gathering Tools will be able to visit a Black Lion Exchange Specialist at any of these locations to exchange them for a version that includes the glyph selection containers. Players who purchase the Deluxe, Ultimate, or Digital Deluxe Upgrade editions of Janthir Wilds after the August 20 game update will automatically receive three glyph selection containers with the Eldritch Horror Gathering Tools. I've got an answer for that--as well as a few extra bits of info about how Conjured Doorways behave in the world. 🙂 If the door owner's party is full, there won't be a request option and the door will look closed. Additionally, interacting with any other player's door gives you the option to hide it for yourself. Your door is automatically hidden from players you have blocked. We'll be sharing many more details this Friday on the livestream--don't miss it!

I've seen people asking this in a few places so I just want to confirm that yes, we will be refunding points with the August 20 game update. We'll have more details closer to Janthir Wilds launch.
