The balance changes shown in the April 21 preview are now live, with the following updates:
Guardian
Willbender
Phoenix Protocol: This trait no longer increases the duration of resolve, in PvE only.
Ranger
Stalker's Strike: Reduced cooldown from 15 seconds to 12 seconds in PvP only.
Crippling Talon: Increased bleeding from 3 stacks for 6 seconds to 4 stacks for 9 seconds in PvP only.
Revenant
Vindicator
Death Drop: Increased power coefficient from 3.0 to 3.75 in PvE only.
Nomad's Advance: Increased power coefficient from 3.5 to 4.0 in PvE only. Reduced energy cost from 15 to 10 in PvE only.
Warrior

I've got a bit of an update and request for info! We are looking into it, but some more specifics would help.
In a stroke of poorly-timed good luck, the person investigating this played through this event so they could see the problem firsthand, and it progressed perfectly. 🤦♀️Can those of you affected by this specify exactly what is breaking? Is the repair NPC not spawning, the the repair NPC spawn but not fix the cannon, or something else?
Due to an issue that blocked participation in a few recent daily ATs, we have reduced the qualifying point requirement for the April monthly AT from 100 to 50 to allow for more participation.
