would recommend checking out the message of the day carousel, there's an article in there that explains why you have that, and all the other cores, and all Cadet Coatings for said cores. :)

I want to also give a huge thank you and shout out to the 343 team who have been busting their butts to make meaningful improvements to the game. Winter Update and today's update are major steps in the right direction, and it wouldn't be possible without the perseverance of a bunch of folks across the studio who remain fully committed.
