I'm sorry to hear this issue is still preventing you from playing the game, KamioncinoCiutt. Have you updated Windows recently? Some players have found that updating Windows has resolved this error for them. If not, please give this a try.

KamioncinoCiutt, would you be able to upload your MsInfo and DxDiag files to your open support ticket (12064160)? This will help us look into the error further. Please let me know here once you've done that, so I can look those over.
