What fixed my issue with Hyper Scape "Entry Point Error" or the "Vulkan-1.dll error": First i updated my graphics driver (I am using GTX 1070) and then restarted and still got the problem but I followed the guide's #2 is to download vulkan-1.dll and paste it in system folders and also in my game directory and it worked!! Hope this works for you too.
