[2020] Game Optimizes Shaders, The opens a new window for the game.

Hey there,

I have recently gotten the key, installed, (updated drivers and restarted) yet the game refuses to work.
After the shaders are done their thing, I get a new window for the game that is eternally black. Nothing else, no sounds either. Me and my mates have attempted everything to get it to work to no avail.

Is there anyone or anyway to fix this please and thanks.

GPU is a GTX 1060 6GB if its important.

I'm sorry the game is not launching correctly. Can you let us know what you have tried already? I don't wanna give you steps you have already attempted.

We spent some time looking to the making sure the program is using the correct GPU through Windows and Nvidia, Changing the Ini file to make the game windowed, Updating Drivers, Restarting, Validating files.

Most of the ususal things when its not working along with what we could find via discord and other forum posts.

Is it just Noah's system this is affecting or is also yours ChetwyndKid?

Is the game installed on the same drive as Uplay or on a separate drive?

Thank you for getting back to us. Can Noah check if his Windows is fully up to date please. Once done try and reinstall GPU drivers and see if it still persists.

Can we ask that you reach out to your GPU manufacturer to see if they are able to help get it to launch through the GPU instead.
