Thank you for updating us! I can see that you were advised to perform a clean installation of your graphics drivers. Could you try doing this?

Please keep in mind that the tech test has now ended, so you may be unable to test this currently. It is still worth reinstalling your graphics drivers for when access to the game is restored in the future!
