Can everyone else please confirm if they also have an adaptive sync monitor? If so, please try disabling it for the time being.

Please ensure that your GPU drivers are fully up to date:

AMD
NVIDIA

Additionally, you can try manually changing the GameSettings file under Documents>MyGames>HyperScape>Gamesettings.config. Under Monitor settings maybe change the number to a 1 to change Load Monitor.

i found an example on youtube because im still looking for a fix, this shows exactly what is happening when i start the game and it looks like im not the only one who has this problem

Would you both be able to submit your MSINFO and DXDIAG files via a Support ticket to our teams, so we can look into this further? Please add your case numbers here once you've made these tickets.

EDIT: So our teams can look into this further, please provide the following information if you all are still unable to play Hyper Scape due to this black screen issue:

- Does everyone have 2 screens that is experiencing this error?
- If not, please go into more detail about your setup, such as if you're using a TV as a monitor, 4K, specific PC settings, etc.
- Please provide your PC specs
- Video showing this error occurring (with the sound on), from the moment the game is launched.
