On every game startup after 1 or 2 matches the next one gets stuck while entering the lobby. Even when match has begun for teammates my screen is still showing as Entering the Lobby.

Did you happen to alt-tab at all during the loading screen?

Thank you for your patience as we continue to investigate reports of this issue.

The dev team have asked that we check that affected players such as yourselves are playing Hyper Scape on compatible systems that meet the minimum requirements, and that our basic PC troubleshooting has been completed. As such, if you have not already done so, please check that your system meets the minimum requirements, and ensure that every step in the linked guide have been performed.

If your system meets the minimum requirements and you've performed all of our basic troubleshooting, and yet the issues continue, please open a support case or start a Live Chat and provide us with the following information:

- When precisely did the crashes occur? At the start of the match when the countdown is finished and when the pods are being launched? Mid countdown? When entering the lobby with other players?

- Is it a crash to desktop? Is Uplay crashing too?

- A screenshot of any error message(s) you're receiving

- PC specs (better yet, submit your MSINFO and DXDIAG files to us)

- If you tried to verify your game files (this step is part of the PC troubleshooting above) please also provide the name you gave your PC at set-up
