If you have tried these steps here, and have uninstalled your driver ( Nvidia / AMD ) and then reinstalled it completely, please let me know the following:

- What version of Windows are you using?
- What graphics card/video driver are you using?
- Do you have both the game and the Uplay PC Launcher on the same hard drive?
- Have you tried these PC Troubleshooting Steps as well?

Welcome to the forums. Intel Graphics Chipsets do not support Vulkan and are not supported I am afraid.
