I run 144hz no problems, but this single frame time spike every 20 seconds or so ruins the whole game.. It gets worse in game, when players are close ot shooting at me the spikes become more frequent.
I've tried all sorts of different settings, to no effect.
I've closed Malwarebytes, cause this is usually the issue in games that stutter, but this has no effect.
turned of MSI afterburner and Riva tuner.. Still the same..
i can just stand still in the first training lobby, and i can just watch the frame time spike in riva tuner every 20 seconds, its not related to CPU or GPU usage.
Very hard to trouble shoot..
Tried to open a support case for this, but the chat is not working, and this is the only method seemingly?
Hello!
Thank you for notifying us of your experience. This is an unusual issue that doesn't appear to affect all players, this information will help us investigate.
I was about to create a support ticket for you but I can see you managed already
I will review the files and provide them to our dev team.
Thank you!

It's just insane, dozen of players with the same issue and different os/machines only when playing a beta version and it's player's system fault.... I want to review that operator incompetence but I don't know how, ubisoft system doesn't allow me...
Anyway here my ticket number, 12306405. You ll find my dxdiag and msinfo files attached with all the information about my system. And you won't find any os-error reported inside because the issue is INSIDE GAME CODE, so it's transparent to o.s. You really need to hire more competent and client dedicated operators. The only result he got is to make me uninstall the game and play other titles that don't freeze my screen!
I'm sorry you had such a negative experience! I will check your support case to make sure it was handled correctly, and I will forward your system files to help with the investigation.
We usually start with some basic troubleshooting steps just to make sure it's not something local to the PC and this is in fact the same issue.
If you are experiencing errors when singing in, try Incognito Mode so no online cache is used. It sounds as though you're being given an unrelated error message.
