hello ;

have stuttering in game every 5 10 second i can't find fix even at low setting stutter kill my game experience please fix the stuttering

Nb: my game is on SSD

MY Rig :

Ryzen 5 2600
GTX 1080 8G
16 RAM 3400MHZ
SSD 500GO
windows 10 2004



edit: fixed my stuttering after restart my PC butter smooth now .

still stutter wtf

I'm sorry you had such a negative experience! I will check your support case to make sure it was handled correctly, and I will forward your system files to help with the investigation.

We usually start with some basic troubleshooting steps just to make sure it's not something local to the PC and this is in fact the same issue.

If you are experiencing errors when singing in, try Incognito Mode so no online cache is used. It sounds as though you're being given an unrelated error message.

We reviewed the system files however they appear to be incomplete.

Would it be possible to export new system files and add them to the support case please? We have support articles here that should help -

- A DxDiag report: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/21185/

When exporting a MsInfo report please make sure "System Summary" is selected on the left-hand side, otherwise it will only export 1 section.

I also added some browser troubleshooting steps above in case you're having issues signing in.
