Ah so you created this toon at the beginning of this new patch, yes I meant 8.2 I apologize. It can affect older characters but that doesn’t seem to be the case here. It still sounds like a quest state issue which is rare.

I wouldn’t worry about it since it isn’t affecting your other toons. It seems specific to your paladin and that particular non-empowered monolith.

I am closing the topic for now since there is nothing more we can do.

Since you were able to get the item with another character it proves the problem lies strictly with your Paladin.

I suspect your toon has a broken quest state for Blood Frost and Death, which is very rare bug effecting older characters. With our current system if you do not complete the quest correctly it can hinder your rare boss specific item drops. Not getting this item to drop in 60+ runs is virtually impossible because it’s a 1/7 drop rate.

I’ll keep an eye on this bug.

Could this be a mistake of misclicking “Z” which hides all items on the ground?

Is your Paladin a character that you created at the beginning of 8.3? Or was this an older character that you hopped on to play for 8.3?

I agree with you. It should be dropping which I suspect is a bug. When I attempted to reproduce I was able to get the relic to drop on my 6th try so it appears not to be a global issue.

My suggestion is to switch to another character and see if it drops from them. This could confirm it’s related to your particular character.

This is a known issue because when entering a new scene companions are automatically resummoned.

Ah ok, I see what is going on. These tooltips are currently functioning as if it’s your damage. Right now minion dps tooltips are not functional and will be updated in a future patch.
