Cheers, the more I look in threads I see a similar complaint about having to have a main tab open for caster audio as well. Hope it gets in!

Oh yeah that's definitely something we're working to fix.

(needing to have the main stream be your primary stream in order to hear caster audio)

you can't rewind in POV streams is this intended?

Not sure, added it to the list of things to look into :)

I mean an audio option like the quality setting, just trying to use my amazing photoshops skill on paint to make a mock up

//edit

i mean the audio and even the possibility of setting the commentary to someone in the LPP, my head went to LS, say you choose the stream you want to watch/multiple and then you can choose the audio you prefer, maybe you want to watch locodoco commentate the game via linking proview timing and selecting his audio, he can still stream without showing the game and commentary but you can listen to his view rather than the main casters. LS and loco and maybe even papasmithy can go more in dept about decisions than say the main cast will. (not trying to flame, i love them all) i just do see a few other personality's and think it would be an interesting avenue to look at.

my sweet mockup, thanks microsoft paint https://imgur.com/K962d07

Thanks for the great mockup! (I'm pretty sure that's better than I could do with mspaint)

I've added this idea to the list of stuff for us to be considering as we keep building

One thing I'd really like to have, is the ability sync the stream with my non-Pro View friend(s).

I'd be perfectly okay if it was restricted to the main broadcast and they wouldn't be able to see all the stats and POV streams.

Watching League kinda sucks when you're sitting on Discord with a few friends, trying to sync up your streams to watch together. While Pro View does solve that issue, I'd hoped only one of us would have to buy it to benefit from that specific feature.

Thanks! Just added this to our list of stuff to consider :)

Will launch be this year?

With the risk of people quoting me in the future if we don’t deliver, I can confidently say that it’s coming out this year.

You ever get tired of telling people that?

Maybe just shorten it to be like Blizzard: Soon (TM)

That “Soon” is trademarked so don’t wanna step to close to that. Jokes aside new features like this have to be rolled out carefully in order to ensure stability and quality of the broader League of Legends service. So no, I’m not tired yet. :)

This product is still in the works. We’ll be communicating and sharing more details as we get closer to launch.

remember that you could destroy the development of an entire league region with your faulty policy

what are you going to do if many teams abuse the system? are you just going to cross your arms and frown and say "oh well guess NA is done"

it isn't too late to place limitations on your policy

also in the future please don't implement policy without first getting an idea of how it will be used by the people under you or place limitations on a policy until you see it used in practical applications. it is better to be conservative in cases like this.

There has been one greencard application granted in the three years this policy has been active (as I mentioned above). I would hardly call that abuse. I know of at least four applications that were abandoned because the process to get a greencard is not easy. We don't track active applications because the process is really lengthy and often not carried to completion.

the situation is destroying the local NA player base because they can't get enough competitive league scrim time against top tier teams

are you familiar with the EPL? it paid the most so the clubs brought a bunch of foreign talent to play for them. this hurt the development of English international soccer for many years.

you can add restrictions to foreign born regional players. for example, 2 imports, 2 NA players, and 1 person who is either a foreign born citizen or a NA player (a flex position).

the reason this thread was made is because your current system is going to destroy the NA scene and the crucial development of NA league. look at the state of NA league under your old and current rules. something needs to change soon. the NA league scene can't handle a...

I wouldn't go as far as you do in describing the state of the NA scene, but I do agree that development needs help - we need to do more to support the amateur system at a minimum to make sure that we are developing really good talent at the base levels. We have a vision that we can take the 13 year old with high mechanical skills, create an aspirational system where he/she wants to play, and where he/she can get coaching and all the other aspects of a team sport that our LCS teams say is missing from developing players - so that when they turn 16, they're ready to crush in Academy and everyone is watching the calendar for them to turn 17 and become LCS eligible.

This development solves the root of the problem. EU only has 11 imports across their league because the EU scene is really strong (and really big) and they can develop amazing home-grown stars (from 30+ countries...) like Caps. We aspire for a star making machine for US and Canadian kids that want to be on stage so...

Hi Samspudzz,

Due to the widespread google outages we had some issues with authentication and logging in on watch.lolesports.com. This should be fixed now, so if you are still seeing a purchase prompt please DM me and we will try to hunt down the bug

We had several issues over the weekend with the rewards platform, but it should be healthier now. If you still see issues overnight ping me and We will follow up. Sorry for the interruptions everyone!
