So genuine question then. Why are champions like Rakan, Thresh, and Urgot considered ranged if she has a further attack range? I always assumed it was just a line that was if more than x you are ranged if less you are melee, but if you could please explain what the thought process is here I would greatly appreciate it.
Well I think u are making a lot of assumptions based on a video for a champion who’s kit hasn’t been revealed yet.

I had been working as software engineer for a couple of years. A post showed up on Reddit, and I responded to it. /u/xNymia, a former Rioter, showed the post to the person who would eventually become my team lead and manager. They invited me to interview with them for a position as an application security engineer. The rest is history.
In general, we don't require degrees to work at Riot. However, if you're trying to get a new position specifically in a place where you require visa sponsorship, a degree is almost certainly required because of immigration laws.

This was back in 2013. My rent was only 400 pounds and everything was a lot cheaper than it is now. I didn't (and still don't) have any life outside of video games, no kids, no school debt, no gf etc

Like yeah yeah cost of living, we get it, but that isnt funny at all and looks childish as f**k.
I actually publish my salary as part of pay transparency efforts within the gaming industry. That said, where I live, it's definitely true that I will likely never own a house with a lawn. Apartments here cost 400-500k, let alone houses! In California, where I'm moving to, you're looking at 3-4x that. House prices have risen faster than salaries have, and that's true in most places.
