We are tracking this bug, and sorry you got hit by it.

From what we can tell, the bug only occurs if you navigate away from the initial limited deckbuilding scene prior to saving a deck.

We hope to have a fix in an upcoming release, but avoiding doing the above should be a workaround for players in the meantime.

I sent an email to customer service like 2 weeks ago, and I'm not getting a reply from customer service. I lost out on 4-5 Rare ICRs and 45 uncommon ICRs (probably some amount of vault value as I've uncommon complete). Maybe even missed out on Mythic, but who knows for sure. I grind 15 wins a day for the 7/9/11/13/15th wins ICRs.

I understand delays suck, since Support is pretty busy right now, but they are still your best bet if you believe you haven't received rewards of some kind. They are best equipped to look into what you've done and what you've gotten.

Resolved - All players who qualified for Day 2 of the Arena Open should now properly see the token on their account (top right of the screen, by the Wildcard tracker and in-game currencies). We found the issue and have pushed up a fix. It was, thankfully, very minor in nature. Provided that the fix holds, a grant for affected players should be going out soon.

Resolved - This issue has been resolved, and we have re-enabled the Adventures in the Forgotten Realms Quick Draft. If you were impacted by this outage, we are working on a mass reimbursement for all affected players; there is no need to contact customer service at this time.
