For any company that lost money from housing taxes from February 3rd to February 13th, the team has released a make-good during the February Monthly Release to return coin to those companies. You will find it in the company wallet.

As appreciation for your patience while we delivered this make-good, you should receive amounts that are a bit higher than what you had lost due to this bug.

If you believe you should have received money from this make-good and are unable to locate it in your company wallet, please file a ticket through our Support Team here: New World - Support | Amazon Games ...

Thanks for the report! The team is investigating the issue and recommends keeping these caches unopened until a fix is implemented. When I have more information, I’ll update you here but in the meantime, this issue is now listed in the Known Issues list.
