Same problem here. Turning quest helper off didn't make a difference but vanilla client works fine.
I've heard reports that deleting the plugin entirely has helped when disabling it did not.
Not to shill the Steam client but don't forget to use it for the extra FPS and interface scaling in the meantime!

Are you using RuneLite? If so try disabling the Quest Helper plugin or use the Vanilla client and let us know if that works.

We notice some insane lagg spikes of up to 5 seconds, atleast world 507.

No, I spoke to the team about this and they decided they didn't want people to feel forced to task-skip just to get the damage boost to do this content
