There will be an upcoming bug fix patch to Overwatch 2 which will wipe existing replay codes on May 30 at 11:00 AM PDT. Please take the time to record your favorite matches before they are gone for good! Thanks and we’ll see you in game.
Sorry folks - I was referring to our next client update patch, which is a lot different than today’s hotfix balance update. Expect it to land later next week, but no guarantee on that timing.

As we prepare for Season 11, we’ve taken the time to evaluate a variety of game modes based on how much they are being played. Hero Mastery Gauntlet was intended to bring the high score-chasing excitement of Hero Mastery missions into a multiplayer format. Unfortunately, it hasn’t resonated with players in the ways that we hoped. With this in mind, we have decided to discontinue Hero Mastery Gauntlet as a permanent mode, and it will not be available to play starting in Season 11.
Players have until the end of Season 10 to complete the Lifetime Challenges for Hero Mastery Gauntlet and compete on the mode’s Top 500 leaderboards.
Thanks to all of you who jumped into the Gauntlet. If you are still looking to improve your hero skills, Individual Hero Mastery Solo Courses will continue to be available, and there will be more Hero Mastery Solo Courses coming in upcoming seasons. We’ll see you in-game!
Hello again. We have a fix for this in our next patch release.
Update 2 - The Mythic Shop is back online but some players may encounter an issue where trying out a Mythic Skin doesn’t work as intended in the Practice Range. We plan to permanently fix the issue in a future patch.
Update - We have now reenabled Mythic Skins to be equipped again in matches. We are still keeping the Mythic Skin shop disabled as we continue to work on the overall issue, and we’ll update here again when the shop is open to unlock Mythic skins. Thanks for your patience!
We are temporarily disabling all Mythic Skins as we investigate an issue discovered in today’s patch that is leading to crashes or disconnections from various matches when those skins are equipped. If you currently have any Mythic Skins equipped, you may find your heroes reverted to the default Overwatch 2 skin in your next game. You can still equip any Rare, Epic, or Legendary skin. We are updating some of our Unranked leaver penalty queue suspension times. Our goal is to adjust our queue suspension times to not be as impactful for those who may leave for reasons beyond their control, while still staying firm on those who are deliberately leaving multiple games.

Hello Brex - thanks for sending in your crash report! I think we’ve got this fixed in the Battle.Net version, but I’m not certain when the Steam version will be updated. Hang tight for just a bit longer, or try the Battle.Net version.

We’ve identified an issue that incorrectly penalized some players with a Season Ban after being disconnected from only a single Competitive Game on April 23rd. We have identified the issue and have prevented additional bans. We are now working to remove the Season Ban from impacted accounts. Thank you for your patience as we work to fix the issue for affected players. There is no need to start a ticket with Customer Support as they are unable overturn Competitive or Unranked leaver penalties.

Looking at the crash report, it’s odd because it shows that you still have an old Nvidia driver from back in June 2023.
Can you try the steps in this article to get your DXDiag info and see what driver information it shows there?
