I really dislike this attitude, it's not very hard to auto forward these mails and make sure they're never missed, as you should be aware that mods / modability are a big reason for some people to buy them.

That's a fair point and we're already taking measures :) If you're experiencing any issues at reaching us through any channel, let me know here or on Discord.

Out of curiosity: Where there any modders that asked for permission except the Woljif romance mod? And if yes were any ever denied?

Some asked. None were denied.

I'd like to point out that the email address you direct to in the EULA for permission isn't monitored, at least it wasn't last time I talked to owlcat. I attempted to use it and it is basically just a black hole.

We do look there from time to time, but it's indeed rarely checked because traffic there is low to say the least. If you don't receive the response in time, you can always reach for us via any of our other social media. Or even write to me directly here or on Discord.

This is quite literally the most non-issue issue i have ever seen even with the whole "owlcat might be selling your information to tecent" stupid bullshit because some idiot that read the EULA for 5 seconds came to that paranoid conclusion.

Has owlcat ever actually enforced this stupid shit? Something tells me no and they probably can't even if they wanted to.

Nope. It's mostly a lever in case some malware, offensive or illegal stuff gets distributed as a mod for our game. Not a single such case has been registered so far.

False alarm, it's a standard EULA which was there since release. There were no changes neither in contents of the EULA nor in our politics regarding player-generated content. Chill.

Kind of, yes. It's a standard legal agreement, and out of my head I don't remember even a single case where we would use it to actually enforce something on the author.

That's just blatantly not true. Our stance on mods and community content hasn't seen any changes.

Hello. There were no changes to EULA since release of the game and this section had always been there. It's a pretty standard document used by most games. If the EULA popped up again during startup, it could be due to a settings refresh or corrupted file being restored after a file checkup.

This is technically a cutscene made in-engine. Not a direct in-game footage.

Is this kind of a hint that the next pathfinder module you adapt will be skull and shackles?

This is for DLC 3 :)

Can you add better stability or lower graphic settings pls. Even with decent/good hardware, I'm having a lot of problems.

There will be some improvements as the game prepares for release on consoles.
