That definitely isn't happening in December, I'm sorry!

So like You need to buy DLC #5 to wrap up the story of DLC #2?

Yeah, it's written confusingly.

Technically yes, as dlc2 ends with a cliffhanger. Dlc5 is the second part of the story.

Seriously.

I'm guessing this is because they took the criticism that DLCs 1 and 2 didn't add anything to the base game and decided to work on that, but that's so much further than I was expecting them to go!

That included. And I suppose now you see why this took so long :) there's a lot of cool stuff for the base game with the patch that will come with the dlc. I'll tease some in the coming weeks. Let's begin with the fact that the blood kineticist is finally getting things bloody.

Our Discord moderators asked the devs about their favorite characters in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous and Kingmaker. There is the answer:

- Who is your favorite character you have written?

- Hm, never thought about that. It's tough, like picking a favorite child, but let's see. I enjoyed writing Camellia as an absolute evil being, constantly checking the limits of player's tolerance, and still having a soul deep down for those eager to look. I enjoyed writing Nenio for the amount of silliness I had to create and a bit of a character development at the end. I laughed irl while writing her, this was the first time for me. I enjoyed the Storyteller. In KM our Creative Director approached me with a request for a simple NPC who'd support the 'collectables' feature the design team were implementing. And I came up with an idea of a blind old man who relives the most memorable moments of a person by touching objects belonging to them. Then we decided that we'd ne... Read more

Have you ever tried Kingmaker or Wrath in Last Azlanti (Ironman) mode, where you can only save the game on exit and death of your main character or companion during a companion quest deletes the save? If so, how did you like it? What did you find particularly cool or bad about it? Tell us about your experience!

Not with the current status of the rights. Who knows, maybe there will be some opportunity in future when the game grows older and the company that currently owns it, loses interest in it, and we will be able to get it back. Of course, we'd be happy to have our first child back.

Yes, but that's a very broad category. From playing the beta some it feels a lot like XCOM for the combat. You have 4 classes and 3 advanced classes to take after level 15.

These are not final, there will be more on release.

We're working on a dedicated PS5 build which should improve the overall performance and visuals of the game. Going slower than we hoped, but it'll be there eventually.

We’re releasing a small update 1.18 for PlayStation that will take care of a few annoying bugs.

Changelog:

  • Fixed a bug causing long delays when saving the game;
  • Bug report autosaves will no longer clutter the save menu;
  • EULA will no longer randomly pop up again for users who already accepted it;
  • Some cutscenes could sometimes break or fail to start during return to Drezen - fixed.

Coming in 2.2, alongside DLC5. It's not just one feat, but a whole array of armor-related feats for every armortype + shields.
