Large, Medium or Small can fit in the outer tree sockets, Medium or Small can fit in the sockets in a Large cluster, and small is the only cluster jewel that can fit in the medium cluster socket. Regular jewels and abyss jewels can fit in any socket.
Will regular jewels, unique jewels, and legion jewels still be socketable in the outer jewel sockets?

What exactly does that mean?
When you apply an Orb of Delirum to a map it will make players in that map 20% delirious. In this case, two orbs have been applied. The orbs control how intense the delirium is and add a reward type. You can apply up to five orbs to a single map.
Can u put in normal jewels in the new large, medium, small outer jewel slot??? Cuz its look different and can u use legion jewel too? If u can clarify it would be good. :D

Yes they use your usual passive points. I'm not aware of any increase in access to Orbs of Regret but you'll only need to use them on sockets and keystones - the other passives generated by Cluster Jewels are freely refundable.
Are these new hidden clusters "fixed" as in regardless of what type of jewel you put in a location, the resulting cluster will be the same, or are the extra clusters dictated by what jewels you use?
There are many variations.
Looks nice, but got to say, visibility during league mechanics will be horrendous. Knowing GGG's track record with optimization will probably also cut FPS in half during it.
The fog tech was originally created for Path of Exile 2 (for graveyards, etc) and is very high-performance. It uses a volumetric post-process rather than particle effects, and has a constant low overhead regardless of what is going on (rather than being more expensive in more intense situations). Other fog effects we have used in the past that you may be concerned about used stacking particles which are a lot more expensive.
Man, a league based around fog? Rip anyone barely holding on to fps as it is.

Radius jewels do not affect Cluster Jewels. We want delirium to affect exiles, not our programmers.
Can the jewels be corrupted with vaal orbs for implicits?
Yes, you can corrupt them.
Will a list of all the new notables be in the patch notes or otherwise shown beforehand, or is that one of the things that we'll have to discover for ourselves once the league is live?
I don't know the answer to this yet but we will at minimum reveal many more in the teasers to come.

You'll need to use an Orb of Regret or passive refund point to remove keystones and Jewels but the other passives can be freely undone.
Wait, per that one video: Do the "blade" spell skills all now leave behind animatable weapons? That means you could use Animate Weapon without having to worry about them dropping or other inventory concerns?

Are they level-restricted in any way? Could I for example get one from normal Hillock?
They drop from monsters within the delirium it seems so not just delirium monsters but not outside of the delirium’s mist.
so you can slap a timeless jewel into the new jewel sockets? will the timeless jewels transform the new notable skills? will the new notable skills be anointable? can i ask an infinite number of questions?
The notables are exclusive to the Cluster Jewels so no you can't but the sockets they create work like other sockets for the most part.

Kind of yes, but to clarify - you can socket a large, medium or small in the outer jewel sockets but you can only socket a medium within a large or a small within a medium.
